Actual case 1:
A compressor parts processing equipment for vacuum fixtures. At the beginning, due to insufficient understanding of vacuum pumps, a two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump was selected by mistake. The intake pipe is too long and too thin. In addition, sometimes the workpiece is not fully positioned, causing the chip liquid to be sucked into the vacuum pump with the high-speed intake air flow. Therefore, the lubricating oil of the original vacuum pump is deteriorated, the pump body is corroded, and the bearing is damaged. The vacuum pump is badly damaged.

According to the on-site analysis, we first selected the Dovac SRV 028C single-stage compact direct-connect rotary vane vacuum pump with the same pumping capacity, which is equipped with an intake check valve and an exhaust filter. Due to the problem of cutting fluid entering, a transparent gas-liquid separator is installed at the inlet of the vacuum pump, and a vacuum tank and a vacuum separation tank are also added. In case the fixture leaks a large amount of cutting fluid into the vacuum tank, and it is separated in the separation tank, so that the gas entering the vacuum pump is clean. The size of the inlet of the vacuum pump and the pipeline between the separation tank and the vacuum tank are configured by the size of the inlet of the vacuum pump, which will not affect the pumping speed of the vacuum pump.

After the systematic transformation of vacuum, the problems that have plagued users for many years have been solved.
